Weight Loss Medic Announces Free Online Weight Loss Consultation
The Weight Loss Medic has begun a new service offering free weight loss consultations online. Recommendations include optional diet and exercise.
The website offers four weight loss plans, or the option to request the free consultation for a customized plan. Diet and exercise are optional in each of the plans.
“This is not an automated service. When you fill in your information and click submit it goes directly to me and I will send an individualized weight loss plan within a few hours, sometimes even faster,” said Dave Bresnahan, the Weight Loss Medic.
Bresnahan is often heard on local radio station talk shows, as well as Internet talk shows teaching people how they can lose weight and keep it off permanently. He is available for interviews by the media on request.
The www.WeightLossMedic.com website is a service offered by the Association for Health and Wellness, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people make better choices concerning their health. Bresnahan is the volunteer executive director of the group, an EMT, and a health and wellness consultant.
“Weight loss is the best thing anyone can possibly do to improve their health, but for many it is also the most difficult thing,” said Bresnahan. “The website offers a selection of weight loss plans online, but for those who feel they would like a custom plan designed specifically for them, it is now easy to request by filling out an online form. I then personally respond to each request. This is not an automated service,” he explained.
Bresnahan monitors e-mail requests throughout the day and responds quickly. The report he sends back provides complete details for items such as Body Mass Index, waist to height ratio, “healthy” weight range, Resting Metabolic Rate, daily caloric intake recommendation, target heart rates to achieve different exercise levels, as well as a personalized weight loss plan. These items are then used to measure progress and set goals.
If someone has already tried diet and exercise but has been unable to lose weight, or unable to keep weight off, then the Weight Loss Medic provides help with recommendations for natural fat burning supplements and appetite suppressants.
The www.WeightLossMedic.com website is a free service of the non-profit group Association for Health and Wellness (A4HW). The mission of the group is to help people make better choices that will enable them to have better health and prolong their lives.
