Michelle Rivas representing Chihuahua was crowned Señorita Mexico U.S. 2012

Nov. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, Nov-19th, 2012 – Adaluz International is pleased to announce that Michelle Rivas representing the state of Chihuahua was crowned Señorita Mexico U.S. 2012. The 20 years old Model and nursing major , resident of Downey California, was crowned this past November 17th as The New Señorita Mexico U.S. 2012 at the Crown Theater in Tthe Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.

Naylea Dacheck representing Jalisco came first runner-up,  Valeria Romero representing Tabasco second runner-up, Cristy Mendivil from Sonora was the third runner up and Sherry Smith representing the state of Veracruz came forth runner-up. Third runner-up Cristy Mendivil from Sonora was awarded as Miss Photogenic and also won the people’s choice with thousands of Miss Mexico U.S fans who voted for her in the organization’s website


On the other hand Lidia Quiróz representing Nuevo León received the award of Miss Congeniality and the best Regional Outfit award was to the spectacular Juagar represented by secound runner-up Valeria Romero.

The Beautiful Lorena Peril from The Luxor’s Fantasy Show was in charge of the entertainment and the choreographer Enrique Lugo did his part, with the Señorita Mexico U.S. Dancers.

Mexican Contestants from around the nation came to Las Vegas and competed for the National Title Señorita Mexico U.S. 2012. They were housed in The Alexis Park Resort since November 11th. The Pageant was held at the luxurious Crown Theater of The Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a spectacular opening production by the coreographer Enrrique Lugo with the Señorita Mexico U.S contestants. Three presentations; Regional Mexican Outfits, swimsuit competition and the elegant and glamorous evening gown runway, were the main acts of the evening.

10 Semifinalists were then selected, and simplified to 5 finalists who answered the questions made by the judges. The distinguished judges members were: Sandy Peltyn as head of Judges, Mr. Joe Jackson, Father of the King of Pop Michael Jackson, Singer/Entertainer Pia Zadora, Representative of Senator Harry Reid, Cristina Martinez, Señorita México U.S. 2009 Jocelyn Pérez, Nico Santucci, Las Vegas Interior Designer, Rozzana Tokmadjan, manager of Marbella, Tapas, Bar and Lounge, Z, Owner of Oracle Night-club,   Jack Weinstein Owner of Towel of Jewles, Alberto Franco Owner of  Franco’s School Academy, Katherine Graciano, Owner of K&G Cosmetics, and Ric Jimenez, Manager of The Boulevard Mall in Las Vegas. Rj Peltyn masterfully conducted the show.

The  20 year old blond model and nursing student Michelle Rivas resident of Downey California, was crowned by Sarah Lopez Señorita Mexico U.S. 2011, she will represent the beauty of the Mexican women for the year 2012 and 2013 and will travel to Turkey to compete in The Oldest  Known International Pageant, The Miss Globe International. Former queen Sarah Lopez gave a very emotional farewell speech and expressed her desire to continue working with the Miss Mexico Organization, LLC.
