Cancer is the second leading cause in deaths this year with more than 1,600 deaths per day. The goal of the program is to help reduce the amount of deaths caused by cancer by raising money through the selling of candles. As a child we would spend quality time making candles, and finally one day the two components just clicked…If we couldn’t find her a career, we would build one.” The addition of supporting “The American Cancer Society” came from their very up, close and personal experience with the disease. Ryan’s mother (Rena L. Donovan) successfully beat cancer when Ryan was just a child and the two have supported the foundation ever since.
