Star Style by StyleshopUSA previews $2.5M Diamonds by Monique Creations, Inc. for Red Carpet 2013

This weekend they closed out the year at the L’Ermitage hotel with an Invitation-only Private Showcase Fundraiser to raise awareness for Safe Passage, which provides aid for women and children of domestic violence and restores them with life transformational tools from teams of fashion and beauty experts in the local community.

Couture Designers Jamal Taslaq,  Dafna Podluby, Sumsara, Sir Addy van den Krommenacker, and Rubina Anjum and stunning hand crafted one-of-a-kind shoes from ZigiNY all took part in  the StyleshopUSA event as part of their ongoing Red Carpet Showrooms.  Celebrity Stylists, selected Press and Media, and VIP Guests and Guest Celebrity Speakers from the world of Style & Beauty, all turned out despite the rain,  to receive Red Carpet Star Style treatment usually reserved for Hollywood’s top A List Actors! StyleshopUSA showed selected couture pieces from this year’s Red Carpets of the Emmy’s, Oscars and Cannes Film Festival for Silent Auction as they celebrated the debut of their new client Monique Creations, Inc. a family owned private diamond collection which featured their trademark “Champagne Diamonds” collection. Monique Creations, Inc. provides brilliant precision made one-of-a-kind custom made pieces which define the family owned Jewelry Design Business. The Bajaj family have catered to their private clients’  both in India and USA, and more recently the UAE, Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait for over 30 years. Visiting LA for the very first time, CEO Komal Bajaj said “Now we are ready to launch our incredible Limited Edition Champagne Diamond Collection on to the Hollywood’s Red Carpet for the next Awards Ceremonies 2013 and we’ve selected StyleshopUSA to help us achieve that!”  

Kicking off with a Champagne Reception featuring 24ct gold Comte de Mazeray Champagne from France, and tray passed hors d'oeuvres Special Guest Speakers included Armani Model and Actor, Vincent de Paul, Celebrity Stylist and Fashion Editor George Blodwell, and Celebrity Makeup Artist Sharon Gault who talked about their work on the red carpet with A List Actors. Trish Steele, the CEO of Safe Passage drew attention to the vitally important work of Safe Passage and its commitment to restoring normal life to abused women and their children. Monique Creations showcased show-stopping, breathtaking diamond rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces which sparkled and dazzled, destined for a place on the Hollywood Red Carpets 2013  while six-feet models towered over guests wearing couture gowns which perfectly complimented and showcased the diamonds.  The Hair and Makeup team included the Sessions Hair Team Salon, Pasadena, lead by Celebrity Hairstylist Alexander Armand, and Celebrity Makeup Artist Dawn Mattocks assisted by Stephie Lawrence  

Celebrity Stylists were able to take an early sneak peak at Designer Collections for their clients for the Golden Globes and Oscars 2013 and make appointments the next day along with private buyers for an appointment-only private viewing. Monique Creations then flew to Dubai for their next international private sales event. VIP Gift bags were provided by Obaji Medical of Beverly Hills, Epione Spa & Wellness, Beverly Hills, Tea Forte the most innovative and delicious blends of whole leaf teas, rough-cut herbs and flowers. Luxury Drink sponsors included Dama Tequila the first ever organic tequila produced by women for women, Tatra Tea, an artisan alcohol tea based liqueur from Slovakia available in six flavors, and ONE Coconut Water,  an all-natural beverage company with a commitment to the Earth . Special guests included Larry Namer who, along with Alan Mruvka, founded E! Entertainment and Phil Tan, Actor, Stunt coordinator and fight choreographer on some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbuster movies including  “Hangover.” Monique Creations, Inc are really on their way and their debut event was just a taste of what's to come!
