With a primary focus on customization, Aroma Tea Bar has developed a one-of-a-kind offering that is unique to the tea industry.

The retail aspect of the website allows consumers to explore different flavored teas and a link that encourages them to create their own blend. Currently offering fifty plus teas with plans to add two more collections by Q1 2013, Aroma Tea Bar has hand selected and short-listed some of the best teas from around world to create a genuine experience that consumers can’t find anywhere else online.

“We aim to breakdown the bourgeois stigma that often comes with loose leaf tea,” said L.J. Green, Head of Culture and Sales at Aroma Tea Bar. “This is why we embrace being absolutely naïve. This unaffected mindset allows us to think outside-of-the-box when it comes to teas and what we can do with it.”

Aroma Tea Bar’s Luxurtea Program focuses on the customization aspect but in a larger facet. “Our research has shown that consumers are getting approximately .75 of a teaspoon of tea per 16 oz glass when the industry standard is a minimum of 1 teaspoon per 16 oz glass,” states Yunche Wilson, Owner of Aroma Tea Bar. “These inferior beverages are the reason we created the Luxurtea Program. Higher profit margins have pushed many restaurants to assimilate but we aim to change this by providing a higher quality product customized for their business.” The Luxurtea program has three levels which include features like a dedicated account manager, social media campaigns and the ability to create an exclusive blend.
