For the last 12 years I have suffered from a really bad back which would periodically go completely resulting in me having to take many different pain killers. I had always put off going to anyone for help and the dr would just give me more and more different painkillers. Early on the year I tweaked a nerve and couldnt move at all. It was so bad that I took Dr Les Bailey up on his offer of help and I can honestly say I have never looked back. His diagnosis was quick and painless and his treatment professional. I now visit Dr Les Bailey once a week and am no longer on painkillers which were causing me to feel sleepy and spaced out at times. I feel like a 30 year old again instead of feeling 80!! I was referred to Dr Les Bailey at Woodmansterne some years ago, when I had sciatica, neck pain and pain to my middle back.
There was also a very uncomfortable groin pain that kept me awake at night.
He was very definite in his diagnosis, and found a multitude of problems in my back and pelvis.
He used manipulation, which I found surprisingly painless, then used massage to get rid of the muscle pain.
In 3 treatments I was pain free and very happy.

I first met Les Bailey 13 years ago when he had an osteopathic clinic in surrey.
I had severe lower back pain that was not responding to treatment from 2 different chiropractors.
Les diagnosed a spondylolisthesis that was confirmed by x ray.
He used a manipulation I had never experienced before that immediately took away the pain, and regular manipulation and deep massage treatment has kept me completely free of pain for 13 years. Sometimes when the pain has been bad, he has used acupuncture which has worked very well.
If the lower back flares up due to my work as a heating engineer, he is able to get me out of pain very quickly.
We became friends and trained at the gym together, where he taught me exercises that have further lessened my need for treatment .

My name is Andrei Budau and i used to live in Banstead /London. I'm 6 ft 2 tall and always had back problems,last year especially, from doing things that require back bending at work and training in tha gym. I started seeing  Dr Les Bailey at his clinic in Woodmansterne and i can honestly say that i felt relief right after the first treatment. Dr Les Bailey began in physical therapies in 1981,qualifying in remedial massage,and later going on to qualify as an osteopath.
He gained his phd from OIUCM for a thesis on the treatment of plantar fasciitis.
He was awarded a teaching/lecturing diploma from the northern school of osteopaths in 1993.
He also holds a diploma in foot biomechanics .
