-- LAS VEGAS, NV (November 19, 2012) – Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop introduces the newest amendment to the franchisee training program which will provide franchisees with a fully loaded iPad to employ in the training leading up to opening day as well as day-to-day operation of their new restaurant. Each iPad will be customized by Capriotti’s to best assist them with the tools they require to be successful. With over 80 restaurants nationwide, Capriotti’s introduces their new training method as a means to better educate and increase efficiency amongst franchisees.
The Capriotti’s franchisee iPad will include digital manuals, operations, recipes and the ability to connect with suppliers and access the company intranet. All iPads become property of the franchisees and are theirs to incorporate into their business and daily life, complete with protective and personalized cover.
“As the industry is constantly changing, Capriotti’s wants to make sure that franchisees are being given all the tools they need to succeed in a way that is both practical and exciting,” said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Franchising requires an abundance of resources and tools to maximize profitability, so having an iPad with all information in an accessible and easy to update format helps to organize and plan all of the details that go into opening and operating a successful franchise.”
