Claromentis launches version 7.1 & celebrates its continued innovation in the social intranet space

The 7.1 release comes in the wake of what has been widely acknowledged as the most significant release of Claromentis’ 14 year history; the 7.0 platform. The latest release, version 7.1 sees Claromentis integrate with the world’s leading social networking sites to provide its rapidly expanding global customer base with a collaborative social experience from within their corporate intranet.

Users can instantly send messages from their LinkedIn profiles, invite colleagues to a Google+ hangout, make a Skype call to geographically dispersed offices and view their colleagues’ Twitter feeds. This integration coupled with Claromentis’ very own corporate social networking feature, Innovate, firmly positions Claromentis as a leading vendor in the social collaboration space.

Furthermore, in an effort to reduce the amount of sporadic notifications received by employees, Claromentis has developed the Notifications Digest feature (http://www.claromentis.com/features/notifications/). Intranet users can thus opt-in to receive a concise summary on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. These collective notifications can be issued from specific applications, chosen by the receiver.
