Energy supplier to UK businesses, Opus Energy, would like to congratulate Paul Nicholls who trained Dodging Bullets, ridden by Ruby Walsh and bred by Frankie Dettori, for winning Friday's Opus Energy Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham’s Open Meeting.
This is the second year in which Opus Energy has sponsored the Grade Two Opus Energy Novices’ Hurdle, which is known for unearthing future stars of the sport.
Representatives from Opus Energy presented the connections with their winning prize. Speaking about the race, Steve James, Director - Corporate Solutions, Opus Energy commented: “The Opus Energy Novices’ Hurdle was an exhilarating race to watch. On behalf of Opus Energy, I’d like to congratulate the connections.”
Charlie Crossley Cooke, Managing Director of Opus Energy, said: "We’re delighted to support the sport and charities by sponsoring the Opus Energy Novices’ Hurdle for the second year running. We hope that our sponsorship of Countryside Day will raise awareness of Opus Energy’s presence in the renewable energy sector, as both a buyer and supplier of renewable energy. Thank you to Cheltenham Racecourse for once again hosting such a well-run and exciting event.”
