Tracesmart and Origo sign five year renewal agreement

Nov. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Origo, the standards and services body for the UK financial services industry has renewed its preferred supplier agreement with Tracesmart for its tracing, identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. The services will continue to strengthen and enhance Origo’s Data Matching service. The partnership facilitates a continual data screening resource, which allows Origo’s customers to scan their customer information against key data, including consumer residency information and records of the deceased. This in turn, helps companies manage reserves and payments in-force, and assists in positively identifying customers.

Tracesmart, one of the UK’s leading consumer data specialists, provides people tracing, identity verification and data cleansing solutions to a large and diverse range of companies and sectors. It is also one of a small number of companies to receive a weekly update of the Disclosure of Death Registration Information as supplied by the Registrars General. This information, along with Tracesmart’s vast consumer database, drives the company’s powerful proprietary facility ‘Existence Alert’ which uniquely fulfills Origo’s requirements for its data matching service.
