“White Lace Cakes” expands by opening an upscale retail Patisserie and cake parlour

When the word leaked out that “White Lace Cakes, LLC” was renovating a space on Helmo Avenue N. in Oakdale, Twin Cities foodies,  lovers of fine baked goods, Bride’s to-be and pastry snobs alike started clamoring. “WHEN are you opening?” The phone response and inquiries were overwhelming.

At 7 a.m. in the heart of Oakdale and just bordering Woodbury, White Lace Cakes opened it’s quaint yet opulent retail cake parlour & patisserie (Pastry Shop).  Three days in and the beautiful pastry shop is already becoming a favorite of Minneapolis/St. Paul engaged couples, foodies and lovers of cake and French pastry.

Deborah Wright has been creating decadent custom cakes and pastries for Minnesota and Wisconsin Brides, Corporate clientele and the discriminating public with her elegant and sophisticated cake designs for the past few years.  The current buzz is that the Oakdale/Woodbury/Stillwater community is very excited about this.  The new opening of this Pastry shop at 1403 Helmo Avenue N.  in Oakdale, MN promises to fill a much needed void for these delectable’s to the entire Twin Cities community. A soft opening at 7 a.m. on Thursday, November 15th  took take place and will be followed by a Grand opening in just a few weeks (date will be announced).
