11th Annual Food Drive for Englewood Helping Hands

Nov. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Donate at least two non-perishable food items and receive a $5 discount on your air conditioning or heating service call performed by Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling. Offer is valid until December 31st, 2012. Your participation will benefit those in need in the Sarasota and Charlotte County area.

Kobie Compete is honored once again to hold an annual holiday food drive benefiting Englewood Helping Hands. Englewood Helping Hands runs a food pantry and provides people in need not only with food but also with clothing, housewares, furniture, medical aid and more.

Please take this Food Drive as an opportunity to help those affected by the fallout of the economy, illness and misfortune, and those on fixed incomes. Your contribution will make this holiday season a little more joyous for those in need.

To participate is easy. If you have an upcoming service call, your Kobie Complete technician will be glad to take your donation. Otherwise you are welcome to drop your donation off at one of our Kobie Complete service centers in Englewood (533 Paul Morris Drive) or Punta Gorda (245 Boca Grande Blvd).

Suggested items for the food drive include:
Canned Fruits, Pasta, Rice, Canned meats, Instant potatoes, Canned vegetables, Beans, Gravies and mixes, Baby food and Formula.
Any other non-perishable food items and of course, any financial contributions, you may wish to make, are welcome and gladly excepted.
