President Candidate Wants To Sue To Throw Republicans Out Of Congress

Nov. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Guys Mills, Pennsylvania- Robert Sandera is reviewing federal and constitutional law regarding elections because he believes the Electoral College has become and is used as a voter suppression tool and has to end.

Today he announced he wants to sue the United States for illegal redistricting allowing voter suppression by creating majority districts that can't lose and then steal elections with the Electoral College.

He says Republicans DID NOT WIN the popular vote to return to the house and should not be saying they have a mandate returning to a majority in the house.

"I have been bitching about Tom Delay starting up redistricting plans as a conspiracy since the beginning. Legislators make it impossible for their party to lose in the district they create filled with only a majority of their party.

That's Dirty Politics and a conspiracy and needs to end. It seems Democrats finally started fighting back doing it too. I'm looking at bringing multiple suits including a Class Action Civil Rights case that can't be dismissed so easily that the majority of the United States People have been deprived rights for their vote to be heard and processed."

Voter suppression is against federal law and what is that if it's not voter suppression?

They lost the popular vote just like in 2000 and then stand there and say the public supports our mandate.  No they don't they tried to throw you out. It sure wasn't in the interest of the Country the last time we let it go and I can't see it in the interest now when all these people have done for years is collected a 175000.00 paycheck and voted no on everything.

They didn't even present an alternative and took free money or welfare as tax cuts on the backs of the rest of us that became the poor. I don't expect to get anybody thrown out but want the public to know they lost and it's time to change an outdated unconstitutional law.  

Why is it unconstitutional?  Because two things determine constitutionality? A law cannot be written overbroad to cover anything and everything.  The second is it has to be written and applied in terms that a reasonable person can understand.  

I don't believe the entire Country can understand when they work hard to vote their will and it gets shoved under the carpet so people can do what they want. Boehner is on fragile ground right now I'll be watching him for any obstructionism.

"If we have a repeat of the last two years dead-locking everything I'll launch dedicated Anti Campaigns against all parties involved. I got Spence Abraham thrown out of the Senate and I'll do it to others if necessary.  

I am sick of the evil corruption I don't care which side of the fence it's on. I wasn't too happy with Eric Cantor calling people leaders trying to get around Dodd Frank to screw us with high gas and food price speculation"

"If we don't reign in corruption in this Country I fear the next step are riots burning Wall Street to the ground.  People are fed up and want their Government and Country back to where it works for all of them. The hate Speech Radio media crap has to stop as well. It is tearing us all apart in defiance of God's will."
