Orthotics and foot pain are a subject few people know about, but this little bestseller sold over 35,000 copies since its first edition in 2005.
Dr les bailey from an osteopathic background, had worked on his theories regarding orthotics and by Coupon Companion" href="#">plantar fasciitis over many years, and this book puts it all in laymans language.
What amazed me about les baileys book was the ease of reading to a non medical person and how he had made the text on orthotics and their relation to so many foot and structural problems so interesting.
Dr les bailey phd had earned his phd by a 15,000 word thesis on his findings.it could be argued that these findings were not undertaken in university trials, but one cannot dispute the results he achieved when he owned the parish and bell clinic group.sadly the clinic collapsed some years ago at the beginning of the recession and dr les bailey had to begin afresh. He works in physical therapy and is currently working from woodmansterne near Banstead in surrey
The laymans guide to foot and by Coupon Companion" href="#">heel pain is available via various sellers on ebay where used and some new copies are available.
Looking on the internet, Dr Les Bailey phd, DO, acopm, apta ( int part ), has written hundreds of interesting articles on osteopathy, physical therapy, and various musculoskeletal conditions.
