Recent College Graduate Starts Business to Help Create Entrepreneurs in Recovering Economy

Nov. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA- On Friday November 30, 2012 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the historic 200 Peachtree venue in Downtown Atlanta business district, Chevon Hines Enterprises will host its first event “Ready? Set. Launch! Get Educated, Connected, and Inspired to Start Your Business Now.”  Event will be an educational panel comprised of seasoned experts from various sides of the business and entrepreneurial community followed by a networking vendor exhibit which allows attendees to connect with each other and some of the most powerful entrepreneurial organizations that promote enterprise creation in the Metro Atlanta community, including Invest Atlanta, Operation HOPE, Startup Atlanta, and Startup Georgia, the Georgia representative of the national Startup America initiative to advance the success of American Startups and entrepreneurs.    

Chevon Hines is a recent graduate of Georgia State University and an avid promoter of entrepreneurship, education, and empowerment.  She has displayed this passion in the past by founding the Georgia State University chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization, a national organization committed to enterprise creation in the college community, and starting her own business in less than two months after her May 2012 graduation. Hines states “I understand the fear that can grow inside of us when wanting to pursue a lofty goal such as starting your own business. This fear grows out of lack of knowledge, support, resources, and a network of people that show you your dream is possible.  I have been fortunate enough to acquire access to what many people need to help them realize their entrepreneurial goals and as our economy is steadily recovering and gaining back its strength and momentum, it is important now more than ever to empower people with the resources, people, and knowledge they need to start their own business and live their lives at their fullest potential.  I will meet people where they are and help educate, connect, and inspire them to achieve their personal and professional goals.  This is my duty, mission, and passion.”
