Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar, A joint initiative of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and HEAL Foundation to fight against diabetes.
As a part of this association, Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar, along with someillustrious buildings such as AIIMS, QutubMinar, PuranaQuilailluminated the hotel building in Blue color lighting on 12th and 13thNovember and encouraged the masses to celebrate blue Diwali.
The significance of this special event was to generate awareness & educate people on diabetes. It’s a special initiative to support largest campaign on diabetes awareness & engagement.
Apart from this, the hotel also conducted a diabetes screening and blood pressure monitoring camp for the staff on 6th November 2012.

It’s an awareness campaign to showcase solidarity towards effective prevention and management of diabetes in India. After overwhelming success of Diabetes Blue Fortnight 2010 & 2011, Diabetes Blue Fortnight 2012 aims to go beyond awareness by initiating the activities which brings more engagement and participation from patients, doctors & other stakeholders.
