Style Icon Lisa Pliner Appears November 15th on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Miami”

Nov. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Bel Air, California/November 13, 2012  Style Icon Lisa Pliner knew she wanted to do something special to celebrate her and husband Donald J. Pliner’s  twenty years in Miami’s glitzy Star Island and their impending move west to Bel Air, California.

So, she hosted a classy ladies' luncheon followed by a fashion show of Lisa Pliner's 2012 fall collection of chic footwear, which was attended by, and filmed as a special episode of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Miami” which airs this Thursday, November 15, 2012.

While there was predictable reality show squabbles between some of the shows cast, Mrs. Pliner says the real purpose of the party--at least for her--was to bid farewell to the city she called home and to the magnificent Moroccan inspired Palazzo that she and her husband sold to move west to Bel Air, California.
“It was sad to say goodbye,” says Lisa Pliner. “But it was also time for new adventures and a new chapter in our lives.”

Like many beautiful and multi-talented women with a knack for business, Lisa Pliner has assembled a team including talent agents, managers and publicists to seek out and develop multi-media ventures including publishing, beauty—and, possibly a brand new show of her own. Recently, she was photographed by Amy Martin Friedman for the coffee table book, “A Day in Your Shoes” a charity benefiting Animal Alliance a 501(c)3 rescue organization that is very close to both Lisa and her husband, Donald.

“I have a great life” she adds. “The greatest joy of my life is my husband, my family and my eight year old daughter Starr. Everything else that happens is just icing on a very well frosted cake. I am truly blessed.”
