The bond amount required by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board is dependent on whether you hold a division I or II construction license.  Division I licensees are applying for or currently hold a general contractor license, building contractor license, or residential contractor license.  Division II licensees are applying for or currently hold a contractor license which is anything other than a division I contractor license.
