ICS Solution Group Announces Six Significant New Hires
Employees to provide customers with thought leadership & elite IT service in Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania
“From our Endicott office, we serve customers in Binghamton, Elmira, Oneonta, and Northeastern Pennsylvania. From our Syracuse office, we serve customers in the Syracuse, Ithaca, Utica, Rochester, and North Country,” said Kevin Blake, President, ICS Solutions Group. “In order to continue to deliver the finest support and thought leadership to these areas, we are proud to introduce the newest members of our team. Each will assist ICS as it continues to deliver the best industry support and consultation since 1986.”

ICS Solutions Group’s New Employees are:
Kurtis Florance, Systems Engineer - Kurtis is A+ certified and offers over a decade’s IT experience to ICS’s customers.
William Safarik, Systems Engineer – William is a native of Oneonta, NY. William brings years of IT support services to ICS including time serving in The United States Navy and is currently finalizing CCNA and CCDA and LINUX+ certifications.
Jason Bock, Sr. Systems Engineer - Over the past 16 years, Jason has supported networks and computers in the greater Syracuse, Rochester and Atlanta areas. He has supported clients ranging from small offices, large law firms and large manufacturing facilities. Jason holds many Microsoft and CompTIA certifications.
Randy Taylor, Network Engineer, - A family man with 4 sons brings years of IT experience to ICS along with his passion for hiking, camping and dedication to his Church where he volunteers as their technology lead.
Stephen Wertz, Account Manager, New Business Development – Stephen brings over 10-years experience meeting client goals and has a tremendous commitment and drive in sales excellence and assisting the clients with their IT problems and solutions.
Reva Easton, Administrative Assistant – Reva brings logistical excellence in support of ICS’ executive team and is often considered the ‘glue that binds our internal team’ by the entire organization.
