-- Shedding Silent Tears is based on the life and experiences of a young lady, Daria Hendrix. With the help of her best friend, Daria had to learn how to forgive and rebuild her diminishing faith while picking up the fragmented pieces of her life. Her transition from teenager into womanhood was only the beginning of the growing pains that she would face. Her spiritual maturity was also tested. Encouragement, faith, prayers and a strong foundation in Christ enabled Daria to wrestle out of the cocoon that bound her as she transitioned from victim into survivor.
Although this is a fiction book written for entertainment purposes, Debbie Marable Smith wants this book to be used as a ministry tool to aid in finding a voice for those silent tears that are shed far too often. “My hope is that this book will address some of the issues that Christians and people of all walks of life are afraid to discuss,” says Marable Smith.
This book will capture the attention of all those who have ever had to deal with an issue and didn’t know how it was going to be solved. This book is the catalyst for healing to all those who had to suffer in silence and wonder if their relief would ever manifest in their lives. Shedding Silent tears is, simply put, a book of divine hope.
For a limited time, November 14th-18th, Shedding Silent Tears will be available for free on Kindle. This will be a great opportunity to experience the writings of Debbie Marable Smith and experience this literary work that is already making a difference in the lives of people around the globe.
