-- ATLANTA, Nov. 13, 2012 – Momo’s Special Toys announces the debut of its first storefront shop, located at 2323 Shallowford Rd., Suite 111, Marietta, GA, 30066. The store will feature hard-to-find educational toys for children of all abilities.
“As a mother of a son with special needs, I struggled like many other parents to find the best process for helping my child develop his early childhood cognitive and motor skills,” said Melissa Henry, owner of Momo’s Special Toys. “After a lot of research, I found that the simplest and most effective way for kids to learn is to be challenged in a creative way, with the right developmental toys as fun teaching tools. I have now put all my experience into opening a store with the best toys that have been tried and approved by speech pathologists, occupational therapists, preschool teachers and mothers of children with special needs.”
Momo’s Special Toys has been operating as an online store since 2011. The new brick-and-mortar shop gives parents a chance to come in with their kids and test out the toys in person. Besides toys and therapeutic products for children, Momo’s carries other unique items for all kids to enjoy.
In addition to year-round free gift wrapping of purchases, customers also can enjoy
the preferred-customer program, which gives 10% off every purchase. Partnership opportunities with schools and organizations are also available.
The store is open Monday 11 a.m.–5 p.m., Tuesday–Thursday 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Friday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 10:30 a.m.–6 p.m.
