Founded by two attorneys in Washington, DC, academic study came naturally to the husband and wife team.  “We wanted a way to express our faith in an intellectual way and to let people know that the Bible is still relevant…” says co founder and owner Ray Kaselonis. Mr. Kaselonis added, “19 Upstream was born out of a love for Jesus and a passion to encourage others to know how the Bible applies to their lives today.”
