Nov. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Wilson Learning Europa - pan-EMEA arm of Human Performance Improvement provider Wilson Learning Worldwide – has formally expanded its operations through a new distributorship operation in Mongolia.

Samantha North, Managing Director of Wilson Learning Europa comments “Strengthening our commitment to key and emerging markets, the establishment of a local office in Mongolia expands, enriches and enhances Wilson Learning as a worldwide organisation. Wilson Learning Europa is excited to be further expanding its footprint into the Far East

From Wilson Learning Europa’s UK foundation in 1978, the operation now has local presence in more than 35 countries across EMEA, delivering the high quality human performance improvement solutions that Wilson Learning is known for across country, language and cultural boundaries.

Heading up Wilson Learning Mongolia, as Managing Partner, is Adrienne Youngman. Adrienne is a Cambridge graduate who now manages Mongolia Talent Network, a successful recruitment agency in Mongolia, having previously worked in strategy and brand consulting in London. Her specific experience includes training senior marketing leadership globally as well as working in both group strategy and global marketing in multi-national organizations.

Youngman comments “Combining world class training material with a strong understanding of the local market requirements, Wilson Learning MNG is able to provide solid and integrated solutions to clients in Mongolia, contributing significantly to their achievement of strategic business goals in this growing marketplace and helping both companies and individuals to reach their potential.”

Mongolia is one of the world’s fastest growing economies, driven primarily by extensive mineral resources (including coal, gold, uranium, and copper). The local population is relatively small (only 2.8m people in total, despite being the 18th largest country globally) and industries are emerging incredibly quickly, placing great demands on the local talent pool. The local population is well educated, with 98% literacy rate and 92% graduated high school. Wilson Learning MNG has an exciting opportunity to help companies and individuals to build the skills they will need to make the most of the current and coming opportunities.

David Yesford, Sr Vice President, Global Marketing and Support, Wilson Learning Worldwide concludes “The new Wilson Learning Mongolia office, staffed with a team of local business professionals further enhances our global reach, demonstrating that Global is not just where we are, but it’s also who we are."
