Design Buddy’s Client Project Management Portal Is A Great Resource
Design Buddy’s is getting ready to roll out a brand new complete package system that will go out to all clients that are working with Design Buddy’s currently, as well as any and all future clients that come on board.
One of the many issues that happens in a lot of design companies and content publishing companies is the fact that between messages going back and forth between the manager at the client company and the manager at the design or content company is that the task or project being requested often times gets lost in translation, causing a lot of time needing to be spent making corrections on projects that could have been done correctly the first time. The wall is a Facebook-inspired feature that allows users to post on a wall that everyone will see that is assigned to the project. Posting on a wall will also alert everyone who is assigned to the project via email/SMS. The task panel is an area where tasks can be assigned to different workers that are working on the project, and this is a great way to stay organized with each project. The Project Management Portal is broken down into different projects as a way to help keep everyone organized inside of their respective groups. The Hub is the place to go if you need to communicate with anyone, as it provides the persons name, their department, and their contact information. Chat sessions are also able to be started from The Hub.
