Carousel Industries hasappointed three technology industry veterans to lead its sales and customer relationship initiatives in the Pacific Northwest – specifically, Oregon and Washington.
The new sales experts will play a pivotal role in driving Carousel's solutions and services strategy on the west coast, building on the company's nationally-based success over the last two decades.
Jesse Sitterud joins Carousel as northwest sales in Washington State, and is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships for Carousel, while seeking net-new clients and uncovering new project opportunities. Joel Norberg, who has been appointed as northwest account manager for Washington State, will work closely with Sitterud in developing opportunities in voice, video, data and integration services in the region. Alicia Heddon, meanwhile, joins Carousel as account executive for Oregon, bringing her knowledge and experience in the telephony sector to the company's increasing regional customer base.
“Jesse, Joel and Alicia each bring more than a decade of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, and will help drive Carousel's excellence in operations and customer service. All three are completely focused on managing customer relationships,”
Prior to joining Carousel, Sitterud was a senior sales executive at NCA, where he developed new opportunities by speaking with managers, directors and C-level executives. Known as a business consultant and strategist that helps solve customers' business problems, Sitterud builds on his expertise in forming strong customer relationships in his new role at Carousel in Washington. With more than a decade of experience in sales management, Sitterud has held managerial and executive sales roles with Linkstime.com, N2H2, Microsoft and Procurecorp.
