HouseNow.Us Releases First Exclusive Buyers Reward Program and Exclusive Assignments For Realtors
New website launches with hopes, of changing the home buying experience by offering Buyer Rewards, ability to browse from home, and connect buyers with a experienced agent.
“We are only going to allow one licensed real estate agent for each zip code,” says Matthew Brett, Director of Business Development for HouseNow.US. “This exclusive relationship will allow for a unique home buying experience with a knowledgeable agent in a specific territory.”
HouseNow.Us is changing the way real estate is marketed to homebuyers across the country. Referred to as “HouseNow.Us Buyers Reward Program,” buyers will automatically receive a $500 gift card of their choice at the close of escrow. As an added incentive, new homeowners will also be entered into a $5000 raffle every 60 days.
“Why shouldn’t homebuyers be rewarded for buying a home,” Brett says. “This program will help spearhead the sales of standing inventories of homes. We want to encourage the buyers to save money, use a trusted realtor, buy a home and be rewarded at the same time.”
In many of the formerly hot real estate markets across the country, many quality houses now sit empty or abandoned in a sluggish real estate market. It is no secret mortgage rates are at an all-time low, but is it enough to move the needle? HouseNow.Us is making strides in trying to jump start the economy by bringing realtors and homebuyers together, making deals by rewarding buyers.
“It's a special perk that we offer to help our preferred agents close the deal , while not violating Real Estate laws and protocol,” Brett says. “HouseNow.Us does not make a dime on the real estate transaction, and is simply bringing the parties together as a gateway. As a result, realtors are moving inventory and we will continue to reward the buyer.”
