So now we look to our November competition. As well as our normal monthly comp, we will also be running twitter and Facebook based competitions with links on our website.

One lucky winner will be receiving a delivery on a morning of their choice, of a full day’s gourmet meal plan, consisting of 3 home-made, low fat and well balanced meals with 2 healthy snacks.

Please note that all entrants must have a delivery address within London.

As each diet plan is personally designed according to our client’s health goals, we will incorporate any special requirements, dislikes or allergies as well as tailoring the day’s food to fit with our winner’s health goals as we do for all our clients.
