Follow on Google News | Midwestern Higher Education Compact Selects CampusEAI Consortium’s CampusCloudMidwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC), has selected the CampusEAI Consortium’s CampusCloud Hosting Services to provide cost-effective hosting options for institutions in the Compact’s 12 member states.
MHEC helps institutions in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin develop effective higher education opportunity and performance through collaboration and resource sharing. As part of the agreement with CampusEAI, institutions in MHEC member stateswill be able can select premiere cloud services through CampusCloud for the following critical tasks: · Cloud Storage · Virtual Machine Hosting · Web Hosting MHEC institutions utilizing CampusCloud will have access to high-performance, off-site hosting and virtualization in order to: · Realize greatest return on their investment and achieve strategic and operational goals · Eliminate unplanned network downtime, outages and other performance issues with CampusEAI’s and MHEC’s service-level agreement · Reduce stress, knowing business critical applications will be consistently available to those who need it most – students, faculty and alumni · Maintain high performance, availability, stability and security · Improve results and efficiency.
