NC Haunted House attracts thousands to Youngsville - Plans to return in 2013

Scariest Haunted House in NC "kills it" in year 2. Plans to return in 2013.
Nov. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- YOUNGSVILLE, North Carolina – The Haunted Forest at Panic Point recently wrapped up its 2nd successful year of operation.  In its bid to become the scariest haunted house in NC, Panic Point attracted thousands of “victims” over 12 nights in October.  60 dedicated haunters roam the different attractions nightly, which include The Haunted Forest, Haunted Hayride, Corn Maze, Dark Walk Trail, Ghost Bus, and Zombie Shootout.

“All Haunted Houses in NC are different,” said Brian Garff, co-owner, “and we offer an experience unlike other attractions.  The main trail is almost a half mile long.  And when you finish, there is plenty more to do, starting with the hayride, dark walk, and corn maze.  We keep a counter at the main line so people don’t have to stand around for hours.  They can hang out and do other things until their number is called.  We added live video this year so people outside could see what was happening on the inside, and that was a huge hit.  Its always fun watching other people freak out.”

A few fans expressed their pleasure on the Haunted Forest at Panic Point Facebook page.  “BEST haunted ANYTHING I have ever been to” – Andrea Burton Douglas.  “Perfect 10.  I think I was more on the ground screaming and running than I was walking” – Stacy Morgan  “Panic Point is a full-time gig for us, so we will spend the off-season planning, building, and enhancing the haunt.” Garff said, “Our fans have come to expect big improvements from year to year, and we intend to deliver.”  Panic Point will re-open in 2013 on Friday, October 4th.
