RE/MAX DFW Associates Delivers High Producing Agents

RE/MAX DFW Associates has some of the highest producing and seasoned agents in the Dallas area. Its 245 agents will close over one billion in sales volume this year with an average agent sales production estimated at $4.4 million.

Nov. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- In 2011, the average agent’s production was $3.7 million.  A recent Dallas publication noted that RE/MAX DFW Associates had the highest average agent production of the Top 15 brokerages in Dallas.

“I am thrilled for our agents,” notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates.  “We carefully select our agents and then offer them the tools and resources to be successful.  On average, we hire two seasoned agents for every one newly licensed agent.  Customized training and mentoring programs have launched our agents into success at every level. We offer advanced designations, MCE, technology and marketing classes, as well as, educational formats hosting agent panels of the industries’ leading authorities.”

Wolfe continued, “One of the great changes we recently made with the encouragement of our Agent Advisory Panel was to no longer have the traditional office or sales meeting, but rather Business Meetings in which we would have a short office business meeting followed by a one hour MCE class.   It was very successful at our September meetings and in fact we had 75 percent attendance at our meetings.”

Robert DeLeon, Director of Education at RE/MAX DFW Associates notes, “We just had the “Movin’ on Up” Agent Panel in which two of the three agents on the panel have only been in real estate for just over two years.  Yet all three agents will exceed $10 million each in sales volume this year.  How did they do it?  The session was well attended.  Our next agent panel is in November called “List to Last.”  The three agent panelists have collectively taken 250 new listings in the first nine months of the year.  Again, how did they do it – with none of them specializing in foreclosures or relos?”

“All of our agents have their own personal website, most using our own RMDFW.com.  But a large number also have a second site with REMAX.com,” notes Wolfe.  “Some of course have a third or more sites.  But just with our two company sites, the average agent receives eight to nine leads per month – and all leads from the company are without a referral fee.  That is a RE/MAX standard.”
