-- WRB Communications, a leading outsource provider of healthcare contact center solutions, announced the addition of two key members to its executive team with Richard “Tex” Kund as Vice President of Sales and Dawn Messina as Director of Application Software Support. Both executives bring extensive backgrounds in executive level client relations management and contact center industry applications to their roles at WRB.

Tex Kund brings WRB more than 20 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry. "WRB is a leading multi-channel contact center partner with broad service offerings – from promotional programs such as tele-sales and sampling, to supporting medical affairs and consumer affairs,” said Kund. "I am very excited about the opportunity to further accelerate WRB’s growth." Prior to joining WRB, Tex was a sales executive for several providers to pharmaceutical manufacturers including MTI and PDI, Inc., where he helped clients grow their business.
Dawn Messina joins the WRB team with more than 20 years of contact center management experience working within the healthcare and consumer goods industries. She is a seasoned contact center technology professional specializing in all phases of systems/software implementation ranging from the software selection process to implementation and support. Dawn’s experience includes business analytics, ACD, IVR and workforce management and was most recently the Sr. Director of Voice Systems for Telerx.
