The Tasting Menu will incorporate diverse meat or fish, the freshest fruits and vegetables or even the unique flavors and spices of the seasons.

A sample of a Tasting Menu could include: First Course Fresh crepe wrap with Chinese sausage crab meat, egg, sprout, and cucumber topped with a tamarind glaze, pepper aioli and a light chili sauce Second Course Organic mixed greens, endive, tangerine, and crispy wonton tossed with pomegranate vinaigrette Third Course Pan seared grouper, dashi soy reduction, pickle daikon, and coconut forbidden rice Fourth Course Grilled NY Strip, Thai chili paste, coconut flake, lime leave, Yukon potato, and red pepper aioli Fifth Course Green tea cheesecake with strawberry compote Other tantalizing dishes offered at L’Orient include the Lobster Ravoli, Roasted Pork Spare Ribs, Spicy Tempura Maki Roll, Spinach Tagliatello and Shrimp Pappardelle. Appetizers include Beef Carpaccio, Seared Tuna, Chicken Meatball and Short Rib Flatbread. L'Orient (the French word for "The East") combines Asian flavors with a French influence. Chef Eddy balances his culinary training from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu with his traditional Thai background. Flavors are intense, fresh, and uncomplicated, yet sophisticated.
