Professional Landcare Network Member Terracare Associates Receives Recognition for Projects

Nov. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Terracare Associates was excited to be part of an exceptional group of landscaping companies honored by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) in their Environmental Improvement Awards (EIA) program this year.

Terracare Associates (TCA) was recognized as a PLANET AEF Ambassador, which awards scholarships and funds educational activities for students in the green industry. TCA also received the Merit Award for their work at Arapahoe Lakes No. 1 Association, located in Denver, Colo.; the Merit Award for the Parkway Corporate Plaza in Sacramento, Calif.; and a Recognition Award for Marketplace at Northglenn in Northglenn, Colo.

TCA Vice President Bill Horn attended PLANET’s 43rd annual EIA event in Louisville, Ky., held in conjunction with the Green Industry Conference. “The most beneficial thing is always interacting with different people across the country,” Mr. Horn said. “Especially the young contractors sharing ideas and information. It helps us get a taste of and keep a pulse on the industry as a whole, nationally.”
