Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- New York Medical Services ( is sad to announce the temporary closing of their Staten Island location on Midland Beach. They will work hard to reopen the office to serve the community as soon as possible. “Our hearts pour out to the people of Staten Island and we pray for a speedy recovery”, says Kenneth Toby President of New York Medical Services.

It has been estimated that Hurricane Sandy will cost $50 Billion in damages. “We cannot stress how important it is to contact FEMA as soon as possible to find out what assistance financial , and otherwise is available to you”, insists Kenneth Toby.

FEMA ( disaster relief is available for all people affected by Hurricane Sandy. They are available for homeowners, business owners, and apartment renters. There are also links available SBA ( loans which will be low interest.

Anyone needing assistance can contact FEMA at 800-621-3362. The process will take about 30 minutes to complete. You can also go online to ( and complete your application online. They will ask for social security numbers for all members of the household. If you don’t have all social security numbers at the time, you can go back and add them later.
