University Students Aim to Optimize EP Painting Website

Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- EP Painting are working in conjunction with Chester University and are providing the opportunity for four students to undertake a research project focussing on website development and optimisation as part of their Degree.  They are all studying for a BSC Degree in Marketing.  They are in the second year of a four year course. Their senior lecturer is Stuart Paul and he will be on hand for guidance and liaison with EP Painting’s Peter Whibley who is co-ordinating this research in Ellesmere Port.

The students are looking at on line marketing to identify the words and key phrases people are using  to search Google  in terms of the Painting Industry & Specialist Services we provide.  This is to ensure these words and key phrases appear on the EP Painting Website and in on line advertising (Ad-Words) and no opportunities are overlooked.  The aim is that over time performance is improved and EP Painting always appears high up in the Google search listing.

At present the students are formulating a Project Plan and proposed timescales.  The results from their research will follow shortly.
