Apple to Say Sorry to Samsung through UK Media

Nov. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- According to the latest news it has been sourced that Apple would make an apology to Samsung regarding the infringement case. It ha been heard that the High court of England and Wales instructed Apple to issue an apology letter by writing down statement asking Sorry. The report says that Apple has compliant against the intellectual property right saying the design of Galaxy Tab has been copied from Apple iPad. It has thin profile, rounded corners and flat transparent surface.

The complaint is completely wrong because any one can find out the difference between iPad and Galaxy Tab. Accordingly, court also found the difference, which is exhibited in the part of front design of the surface. It is also slightly thinner on the sides, which is another difference. So, after briefly examining the dissimilarities, judgement has been made, to ensure that not false orders are made this time.  

Report says that according to the legal claim, Samsung has not found to be guilty for the copying the design of iPad to Galaxy Tab. Finding it to be Ok in every case the arbitrator asked Apple to lodge an appeal to Samsung asking Sorry for the case.  

In this context, Apple with the help of media partners of United Kingdom has published an apology expressing the statement that Samsung has not copied the iPad design to Galaxy Tab. The court also asked the said company to forward the link to the UK court that is ruling on the website of United Kingdom.
