KLNE launches new Solartec D range with 2 mppt

Nov. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- KLNE have announced the launch of their new Solartec D series, a range of grid tied inverters with 2 mppts. The range has models with powers of 2.5kW, 3.0kW, 3.6kW, 4.0kW, 4.6kW and 5.0kW all with 2 mppts.

The original Solartec range covered 1.5kW to 5kW but with a single mppt only and this model range will still be available.

The Solartec D range includes market specific models such as 2.5kW and 3.6kW designed specifically for the UK market and 4.6kW for the German market.

“People have been asking us for units with 2 mppt and we heard them,” said Wison Qi, KLNE’s Sales Director. “We’re giving them what they wanted. In certain countries house design and roof lines mean that double mppt is a necessity to ensure the best from a solar installation.”
