Trap Door Athletics upcoming Parkour Workshop

Nov. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- Trap Door Athletics will be teaming up with Pinnacle Parkour again on Sunday December 9th. Last time we spent the better part of Sunday morning in a workshop focusing on Parkour, derived from from the French “parcours du combattant,” the classic obstacle course method of military training, though our workshop is far from militant.

Put your fitness skills to the test with a half-day parkour workshop with the certified parkour instructors at Pinnacle Parkour. Phillip Pirollo, the owner of Pinnacle and one of the coaches we will be working with made it to the final round of American Ninja Warrior. Our day will be filled with flips into foam pits, dive rolls over obstacles, and several running-start attempts to scale the 16-foot, completely smooth “warped wall.”
