Nov. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- During exercise, no matter the breast size, movement of breasts has been recorded between the range of 40mm to 140mm. This movement may be uncomfortable and distract a women from exercising. Breasts may also become sore and tender after exercise.

What this is doing to overall breast support is also worrying. The Cooper's Ligaments are what keep breasts upright as there are no supporting muscles. Rigorous exercise may stretch these ligaments irreversibly and cause early onset 'sagging.' Luckily there is a solution that has been around for quite some time, sports bras, women just have to see the benefits.

Sports bras limit the movement of breasts by up to 78% and thereby prevent a lot of the aforementioned issues. Sports bras should be worn as a serious piece of training equipment such as trainers for running. They have a variety of helpful properties to complement your workout: sweat is wicked away by special fabrics, the fabrics are quick-dry and durable to cope with any form of excessive and sports bras are breathable to keep you cool.

As there are so many benefits of wearing a sports bras it's a wonder that more women aren't wearing them.
