Linder, a veteran of various large international law firms, has joined Coral Gables-based Rasco, Klock, Reininger, Perez, Esquenazi, Vigil & Nieto, as Special Counsel, where he will head the Firm’s securities law practice as he joins his corporate, securities and finance practice with the corporate team at the Coral Gables-based boutique law firm.
