The North East was Hit with a storm that came as a shock to most New Yorkers as we rarely get hit this type of potential devastation. One job entailed a small child locked in a Bathroom in Down Town Brooklyn. The door was slammed shut and the lock was engaged making it impossible to open with out the key.  Its important that people realize how dangerous this type of situation is and refrain from taking unnecessary risks as the child could be next to the door.  It is always best to avoid using a drill during this type of situation as it can cause injury.

Our company worked all through out the night, as citizens of Brooklyn and surrounding Boroughs needed Emergency Locksmith assistance.  We were called to a emergency in the Marlboro Public Housing Projects in Gravesend Brooklyn where an elderly woman had fallen down around 3:00 AM Tuesday Morning. Emergency response teams and paramedics had arrived on the scene but were unable to open the door successfully.
