Los Angeles Business Journal Names Philip Graves Angeleno To Know in Intellectual Property Law
Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Philip Graves, partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) as an Angeleno to Know in Intellectual Property Law.
To determine this year’s honorees, the LABJ accepted peer nominations for lawyers in the greater Los Angeles area who demonstrate outstanding achievements in intellectual property transactions and/or litigation. Of those nominated, only 40 were chosen to be recognized and have their recent significant work highlights profiled in the “Who’s Who in Intellectual Property Law” supplement of the October 29, 2012 edition of the LABJ.
Philip Graves represents companies involved in patent cases in a wide variety of technical fields, including computer systems, networks and network monitoring, secure systems design, cryptography, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, lasers, medical devices, various applications of photopolymers and resins, and rapid prototyping, among others. He also has extensive experience with cases involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. Phil is recognized by his peers as a preeminent intellectual property litigator, as demonstrated by his selection as one of Southern California’s “Super Lawyers” every year since 2004.
