-- Pelz-A former resident and business owner of Evansville Indiana recently moved to the Indianapolis area and accepted a Property Stylist position with Home Matters Home Property Stylist Group. Pelz-is certified in Home Staging by Six Elements Inc. and is a graduate of the SAR advanced Staging course taught by HGTV’s Matthew Finlason. She also has a Senior Redesign Specialist designation through Redesign for Retirement Living. Since starting her Home Staging business in early 2010 she has been very active in the Evansville area having served as a regular guest on Fox TV 7 Lifestyles morning show. Pelz-has also been a guest designer for Kirkland’s Home Décor, a 2012 parade of Homes Designer, an Interior Design Consultant for Model 55 and has been featured in the Tri-State Ultimate Lifestyle Guide. Pelz-who has worked on a variety of home owners and Commercial projects, has also been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana.
