Mirador to Welcome Public for Seminar on Managing Holiday Stress

The holiday season poses a special set of challenges for caregivers and loved ones with dementia. Mirador will host Geriatric Psychiatrist Dr. Nestor Praderio who will present strategies for avoiding and relieving stress during the holiday season.

Dr. Praderio is the Medical Director of the Behavioral Medicine Department and Director of the Geropsychiatric Unit at Christus Spohn Hospital and Founder and President of the Face-to-Face Alzheimer’s Support Group.
