Otton to Show People Alternative Property Investment Strategies as Low Interest Rates Tempt Buyers
Property innovator Rick Otton teaches homebuyers alternative strategies to own houses aside from seeking banks and lenders.
As enticing as this news may seem, property innovator Rick Otton suggests considering all available options for people to own a house. “Low interest rates no longer matter for people deciding a house because less and less people are getting approved for loans. What people need are bank-free strategies to buy houses,” he said.
These strategies include creative property investment strategies, which Otton has developed himself to allow people to buy and sell houses without banks, loans, and risking their own money.
Creative Real Estate
Otton started investing on property without sufficient money. This is how and why he developed alternative and innovative strategies that will allow him to move houses from sellers to buyers quickly, without spending any of his own money or creating loans. These creative real estate strategies helped him build a portfolio of more than 76 properties in 12 months.
“With creative real estate strategies, anyone could buy a house, even those who do not have enough deposit and those who, for some reason, couldn’t qualify for a loan. These strategies are specifically designed to solve other people’s problems rather than create more problems for them,” Rick Otton explained.
Mr. Otton has been sharing his creative real estate strategies to teach Aussies about alternative ways to buy houses. One investment property advice that he often gives to people is, “There is always a better and simpler way to do things. And sometimes all it takes is changing the way we think.”
Thousands of individuals have benefited from Otton’s creative real estate strategies in more ways than one. Some have successfully bought a house without banks and loans, while others were able to move away from their negatively geared homes. Most of them, however, have acquired important skills in helping people solve real estate problems.
A and C Chua , students of Rick Otton, have helped a lady who could no longer afford mortgage payments and a buyer who had problems getting a bank loan. “We put the buyer and seller together. She got rid of her mortgage problems and he got the house for his family without needing to get a bank loan. We made $40,000 in this deal and made everyone happy. It’s a win-win situation!” the Chua’s said.
Otton is touring the country for his one-day training seminars, where he will provide a deeper explanation of his creative real estate strategies. “The purpose of these one-day seminars is to show people that there are other options available for them when they buy a house. I’ll show them how to use these strategies in solving real house problems with real figures,” Mr. Otton said.
