Metz & Associates Relocates to Downtown Orlando’s GAI Building

Oct. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Orlando, Fla.—Metz & Associates, LLC, a GAI Company (Metz) recently announced an office relocation and expansion.  Metz, a Central Florida-based bridge engineering firm, has moved its offices from Oviedo to the GAI Building located in downtown Orlando. The firm’s new address is 618 E. South Street, Suite 630, Orlando, FL 32801.

“We are relocating and expanding to better serve our clients by tapping additional resources available as a GAI company, allowing us to focus on our primary goal of providing superior engineering services,” offered Metz Principal Daniel M. Metz, P.E.

The need for additional space to accommodate increased demand for Metz’ services spurred the firm’s move to the Silver LEED Certified GAI Building, more than doubling the company’s square footage. The firm is also actively hiring experienced structural engineers to meet demand. An Open House is planned for 2013.
