Oct. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- allows event organisers to co-ordinate ticket sales, promotional activity, event management, door entry and HR management in one virtual space and can be used for events of all sizes, from festivals and club nights to conferences and exhibitions.

Guests are able to purchase tickets via Facebook, where they can also invite their friends and download their tickets to a mobile phone, while door staff using an iPad or iPhone can scan a QR code included on the e-ticket to allow entry.

Organisers can use the dashboard technology to create guest lists and queue jumper options, which can be updated by appointed reps prior to the event date and managed by venue entry staff using the app. The system can also be used to promote an event by adding promotional codes or conducting email, SMS and social media marketing.

Following the event, the technology allows organisers to compile reports on a range of data such as attendance figures, the age or gender of guests and the overall revenue generated.

Additional details, such as drink sales or supplier invoices can also be included in a profit and loss section, while organisers can use the information received to run personalised promotional activity.

Event staff can also use the site to review their duty rotas, while job applicants can complete application forms for specific roles.
