Manu Marketing Presents Fusion 2013 Montreal
An event for buyers and suppliers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and natural health products industries
Buyers will be stationed at convenient locations throughout the venue, identified by their company logo. Each Vendor will have 15 minutes to meet with potential Buyers in order to present their product(s) or service(s). Buyers will have a pre-determined amount of time to meet with Vendors throughout the 2 day event. Event attendees will receive a list of participants and scheduled meetings prior to the event. They will have the opportunity to request meetings with specific companies, subject to availability.
There will be 4 speaker presentations during the event, 2 on each day. Topics will include trends and issues of interest to the industry.
Both days will include complementary continental breakfast, lunch buffet, as wells as drinks and snacks during break times.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for attendees who want to maximize their exposure. Sponsorship packages are also available for non-attendees who cater to the industry and want their brand name to be present at the event.
Sponsorship packages include: kiosks, banners, short on-screen advertisement spots, meal-time hosting (breakfast, lunch, breaks), gift bag inserts, advertising spots in the event program, online banner ads, and more.
Hotel and travel information:
Buyers will be hosted as guests of the event, and their hotel and travel costs will be covered by FUSION 2013. Hotel accommodation will be at Le Westin Montreal. Travel expenses will be reimbursed upon confirmation that buyers have attended all of their scheduled meetings.
Vendors from outside the Montreal region who register before December 1st, 2012 will also be eligible to have one night of hotel accommodation at Le Westin Montreal paid for by FUSION 2013. Preferred rates are available for additional nights.
Attendees will complete registration forms to confirm their presence at FUSION 2013 Montreal. Registration fees can be paid by cheque or by credit card through PayPal. Once registration has been confirmed attendees will receive further instructions for submitting their logos, profiles for the event programs. Special updates will also be sent in the weeks leading up to the event.
