Restroom and Indoor Advertising Companies Hosted 15th Annual Conference in Vegas

Over 25 companies that provide the service of Restroom Advertising, gathered October 4th-6th in Las Vegas for their 15th annual Indoor Billboard Advertising Association Annual Conference.
 
Oct. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Over 25 companies that provide the service of Restroom Advertising, gathered October 4th-6th in Las Vegas for their 15th annual Indoor Billboard Advertising Association Annual Conference.    

“We had stellar speakers from ground breaking member firms including Brian Wyatt from New Ad Media, who shared success stories and how to tap into into ancillary offerings such as digital, experiential, and place based media,” commented Ruben Garcia, President of Johnny Boards an Albuquerque, NM based Indoor Advertising business operating for 11 years. “There are 35-40 Indoor Billboard Advertising Association (IBAA) member companies like ours that provide restroom and indoor advertising in markets throughout the U.S. and Canada, so it’s great to talk with others who go through the same types of everyday challenges and successes we do…the sharing of information is one of the biggest advantages to belonging to this organization.”

As Executive Director of the IBAA, John Koenig acknowledges, “Our organization has been gathering for 15 years, sharing information, promoting and coordinating national and regional advertising buys and raising the profile for Restroom and Indoor Advertising. In addition to the meetings and networking, keynote speaker Kent Lewis, President of Anvil Media, presented “5 Digital Marketing Trends” and their relationship to Indoor Advertising. John Boal, Regional Director of the Ad Council, shared his ideas on “Public Service Announcements and Placed Based Media,” which covered opportunities to gain goodwill by more pro-bono ad space donation. Members also discussed trends in digital display technology, plus recent success in adding ancillary technology such as mobile-based near-field technology to existing Indoor Advertising/Restroom Advertising networks.
