England Logistics Acquires Kampstra Transportation & Logistics, LLC.

Oct. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- England Logistics, one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms and third party logistics (3PL) companies, today announced the acquisition of the certain assets of Portland, OR based Kampstra Transportation and Logistics, LLC.

Through this action, England Logistics will provide greater service to its brokerage customers in the Northwest and throughout the United States.

Shaun Beardall, previously Director of Container Operations, will take on the role of General Manager.  He will oversee the corporate integration of the new office and work to expand its footprint as a full service freight brokerage offering.  All Kampstra employees will join England Logistics, including Jim Kampstra, who will serve as National Account Manager working closely with all current customers.  The transition into an England Logistics office offers opportunity for new and improved abilities to better meet the needs of customers.
